Taylor Clamp Carriers are expandable and upgradeable. The number of sections can be increased at anytime to allow for more clamp time and cure time. When higher production is needed, the tightener & flattener system can be switched out and upgraded to a more automated and productive front end at any time. The clamp carrier frame and the clamp arms can all be reused, keeping the cost of the project lower.

High Production Wood Clamping system; The Taylor Automated is the industry’s standard in room-temperature edge gluing. This versatile carrier can handle many of the long, wide, and thick laminations that are needed in the industry.

The Automated machine doubles operator productivity with its automatic cycle which tightens the clamps on new stock, rotates the machine, and loosens the clamps on panels to be removed. This allows the operator to spend 100% of their time preparing and loading stock. It also reduces operator effort and paces the overall production.
As with all Taylor Clamp Carriers, smaller machines can be expanded as production requirements grow. Many customers will start with a (20) Section machine, and then expand that machine into a (40) Section or (60) section in the future, reusing approximately 90% or more of the existing components. Taylor’s goal is to grow with you through the years!!

The Automated Clamp Carrier is the industry standard for high production edge gluing. The Automated machine doubles operator productivity with its automatic cycle, which tightens the clamps on new stock, rotates the machine, and loosens the clamps on panels to be removed. This allows the operator to spend 100% of their time preparing and loading stock.

Taylor’s Super Automated Clamp Carrier design increases the productivity of the machine by 20% without any change in operation or additional floor space. This higher production clamping system has a separate loosening station above the operator, which loosens the wood clamps one row before the panels are removed from the machine. This shortens the cycle time of the machine by at least 15 seconds, which equates to one extra hour of production per shift.
The Taylor Super Automated increases the productivity over the Taylor Automated machine. This versatile carrier can handle many of the long, wide, and thick laminations that are needed in the industry.
