Working With Quis

1

Transparency

We begin each relationship from the foundation of wanting to fully understand your needs. This requires that we're upfront with you about our process and our expectations. We make our intentions clear from the outset and we expect the same from our clients.

We really enjoyed the fact that [Quis] was looking at the whole picture...when you start to work with people who are honest like that and aren't trying to sell you, it's really attractive as a buyer.

thorough examination

Be prepared...we're going to ask you a lot of questions. Part of understanding your needs requires that we learn about your business as a whole. In order to help you grow, we need to know what's working, what isn't, and what goals you have for the future.

Jason actually took the time to help us understand what we could and could not do from a machinery standpoint as well as a process standpoint...He has understood our needs, where we see the business going strategically, and he helped us develop a plan to get to that point so that the equipment we're purchasing now is going to carry us forward for the next 20 years.

Tailoring a solution

There is no "one size fits all" solution in manufacturing. Every company has a unique set of needs and conditions that must be understood in order to allow for growth. Having asked the right questions, we can design a solution that is specific to your needs.

For 60 years we never built our own hardwood frames. When we met Quis Machinery, Jason explained to us that it doesn't take 20 pieces of equipment, it only took one or two. Now that we have control over our own production, we can get a frame in 3 days. We can do our own scheduling. We're not held up by the rest of our suppliers. It's something we should have done 60 years ago.

Loyalty & prosperity

Our relationship doesn't end at the sale. In fact, this is just the beginning. We value the relationships that we've built and we know that our own growth relies on your growth. When you grow, we grow.

Jason always puts his customers before himself.
