The TMC is fitted with an automatic frontal hopper feed loader that delivers the blank between the headstock and tailstock where it is clamped. It is equipped with a saw blade head for producing a turned section of the component, a milling head for flat machining or stock removal, and a sanding head. In addition, the TMC has an independent router head with a 10 position tool changer. This can be used for additional drilling, milling, and shaping operations.

Thanks to the sanding facility, it is possible to produce a completely finished component that requires no further work or handling. Once the final machining or sanding operation is complete, the component is ejected on to a transfer exit belt.

CKX is a heavy-duty CNC lathe equipped with two independently controlled cutting gouges, one for roughing the other for finishing plus an additional hydraulically controlled gouge for ’rounding.’ As standard, the CNC woodturning lathe is equipped with an automatic hopper feed loading system.

It also has programmable and variable spindle speeds along with two rear overhead hydraulic back knife units for operations such as dowelling. Optionally the machine can be equipped with an additional “B” axis with a milling head (for twisting and/or fluting) or a sanding head with a narrow belt (for sanding turned and/or straight profiles).
The user-friendly programming is via the pre-installed Windows-based Intorex ‘Intoredit’ software, which is pre-loaded on the machine.

The machine is equipped with a pneumatic semi-automatic loading system and has two independent copiers/cutting gouges controlled through the CNC plus a hydraulic unit for ’rounding.’ Also standard are two rear hydraulic dowel units.

Also standard are two rear hydraulic dowel units.
The user-friendly programming is via the pre-installed Windows-based Intorex ‘Intoredit’ software, which is pre-loaded on the machine. Programming can either take place on the machine controller or on a remote PC / laptop with transfer of the programs via USB key.
The CNB produces turned components with excellent quality and definition. It is ideal for producing one-off bespoke turnings and short production runs. On request, a dedicated CNC milling head can be specified for fluting, twisting or a sanding head with a narrow belt (for sanding turned and/or straight profiles)
