Edgebanders Hebrock F Series Hebrock K Series Pacific+ Tornado+ FlexEdge Storm+ Strong Edge Top Edge CombiMelt F Series F Series Manufacturer: Hebrock / Altendorf (Germany) Type: Pre-Milling, Top / Bottom Trimming Edgebander Industry: Cabinets, Furniture Materials: Wood Plastic Composite Gallery Spec Sheet Contact Us Any American company that is in need of new edgebanding technology should consider the many merits of the F series. Each machine offers convenient touch-screen operated control units, for example. What's more, the Altendorf edgebander F series, made by Hebrock, also comes with many optional accessories that can be chosen to ensure buyers obtain just the sort of product they need to meet their specific requirements. As such, the Altendorf F type edgebanders are thoroughly practical as well as being suited to all sorts of CNC operations and other high-tech applications. In short, these machines offer all of the engineering excellence you would expect of our famous panel saws because they blend high-performance traits with unbeatable reliability. Businesses that have already invested in one of the superb edge machine products in the F series from Hebrock, a brand from Altendorf, of edgebanders have already gotten used to their many standard features. For example, each machine in the F type range includes a milling unit. This can be used for pre-milling or milling and will work in conjunction with a standard trim saw, too, if wanted. There again, a conveyor chain with permanently attached special links is supplied with every F type machine, too. You will also get used to distinctive features like a low-maintenance, Teflon-coated glue pot, which is fast to heat up and ensure edges always make good contact when being worked on. The F series of edgebander technology also benefits from a double roller overhead pressure system, which makes use of a clever ball-bearing mounting. In addition, every Altendorf F series edgebander has a pneumatic roll cutting station – good news for anyone who will be using their system repeatedly every single day. K Series Manufacturer: Hebrock / Altendorf (Germany) Type: Pre-Milling, Top / Bottom Trimming Edgebander Industry: Cabinets, Furniture Materials: Wood Plastic Composite Gallery Brochure Spec Sheet Contact Us There are currently three models in the Hebrock K range to choose from, the K 33, the K 36, and the K 37. All three are CNC compatible and come equipped with a 10-inch PLC control with a touch-screen. Other standard features across the range include diamond-tipped milling aggregates and a top side, fast-heating glue pot. Top and bottom trimming comes as standard as does a corner rounding unit and a trim saw. K 33: PROVEN IN THE JOINERY WORLD To begin with, the K 33 edgebander comes with a pot interchange mount, including an adhesive interchanger for PUR processing as standard as well as a handy support plate for processing edge material effectively. There is also an automatic central lubrication system which helps to keep the unit's trim saw and corner rounding unit in mint condition even in warm working conditions. Optional extras include an Airtronic system which helps to maintain good contact between the K 33's surface scraper and the item being processed. K 36: YOUR PERFORMANCE PLUS – POWERFUL AND ROBUST Slightly larger, at approx 3,745 lbs, the K 36 is purpose-built for industrial levels of edge banding day and night. This particular Hebrock machine has all the power capability you might need, with about 14 kW delivering a rapid feed rate of up to 10 meters per second. Easy to service and maintain, the K 36 has a visual display for workpiece sequencing that comes as standard. Optional features include a grooving saw unit and a useful top and bottom trimming system that allows users to double up their processes. Of the three machines in the K range, the K 36 is the middle-sized option, with an overall length of 5,540 mm. K 37: MAXIMUM POWER – MORE IS NOT POSSIBLE Delivering the most power in the K range, the K 37 makes use of a 400 V, 3-phase, 50 Hz electrical connection. It is the biggest edgebander under the Hebrock brand with sufficient space for all available finishing equipment. Weighing approx two metric tonnes, the K 37 comes with the same rapid glue pot that the other machines in the range do. In addition, there are further standard features like a conveyor chain with permanently attached special links and a grooving saw. In terms of accessories, users can choose from options like a multi-radius profile scraper to ensure their edgebander truly meets all of their requirements. Duo-CombiMelt version possible (2 gluing systems and pressure zones, separately controllable, e.g. for parallel processing of PU glue in white and transparent) From now also optionally available with 25 m/min feed speed Top Edge CombiMelt Gallery Brochure (German) Contact Us Manufacturer: Ott (Germany) Type: Glueing System Industry: Cabinets, Furniture Materials: Wood Plastic Composite The glueing system CombiMelt is the heart of every OTT edgebander and suitable for both processing of EVA and PUR glues. Especially with PUR glue the almost invisible glue joint is attainable. After the complete reaction of the glue this joint is very durable and even resisten against humidity. All usual materials such as veneer, strip or coiled edges are processable. The so-called Zero-Glueline can be attained by using a thin layer of glue that still builds a solid connection between panel and edge material. The glue line is nearly invisible and through the perfect processing of the following units the result is optimized. A necessary change between PUR white and transparent is easily and quickly done by using our Service Station: Both glue pot and application system of the glueing unit can be dedisengaged separately and can be preheated on the Service Station and are therefore quickly prepared for a change of glues. The Service Station is also the perfect addition for maintenance and cleaning works. Already melted PUR glue can be stored in the dry box - supplied with pressured air - to stop or slow the reaction process of the glue and reduce waste and need cleaning less often. Through this the unit is faster available and the required amount of PUR glues is reduced: Two big advantages for your daily use! CombiMelt

- C.R. Onsrud | Quis Machinery
C.R. Onsrud Country Of Origin: USA US Location: Troutman, NC Company History: The Onsrud family's machine manufacturing legacy was born in the heart of the Chicago industrial core and now spans 5 Generations. Oscar Onsrud and his son Rudy took manufacturing to a new level in 1915 when they built the world's first "Jet Motor" (air turbine) hand router. Since that day, the Onsrud family has become synonymous with cutting materials as well as the entrepreneurial spirit. Virtually every aircraft built for the U.S. war effort in WWII had parts made on Onsrud routers. Most of those machines are still in use today! Almost every M-1 rifle stock built in the Springfield Armory was made on an Onsrud machine. It is difficult to walk through any major furniture plant worldwide without finding an Onsrud machine in service. In 1976 Onsrud patented the Inverted Router™, an idea and a machine that revolutionized the woodworking industry, increasing safety and usability. Today, Onsrud CNC routers are quietly revolutionizing the concept of value by giving you the best-performing machines in the industry at a cost that competitors say is not possible. As always, competitors will someday offer the innovations we have already introduced, but you can have them today from the innovators - C.R. Onsrud, Inc.
