We have installed hundreds of machines in shops across North America. Machines come in (5) and (8) station models and some customers order an (8) station frame with (4) stations installed. This provides for easy expansion in the future. (5) Section LCS Door Pro The (5) Section Door Pro is designed for the small or medium shop that like to produce their own doors. Capable of clamping and curing doors quickly, this machine can be used for a few hours a day, or all day long, depending on the number of doors that need to be produced. Each Section has a center squaring bar, which adds an additional clamping area to the section, for another door of similar size. By removing that center bar, the full 38″ x 96″ capacity can be used for those Pantry Doors, End Panels, or Interior Doors. How it Works: In a typical door shop glue is applied to multiple parts and components assembled on an assembly table. The doors are placed in a section and clamps adjusted. The cylinders are activated by one valve which first creates side pressure pushing the door to the left side square, a second later the vertical clamps are activated to create pressure on the glue joints. A motor drive is used to rotate the next section. The cured door is removed and new components are placed in that section for clamping. Our (5) section Door Pro can produce up to 300+ doors in an (8) hour shift. This equates to approximately 2.5 minutes per section and a clamping time of (12) minutes. (8) Section LCS Door Pro The (8) Section Taylor Door Pro clamping system is designed for the medium to large door shop that clamps either large door production runs or a kitchen at a time. Our design lends itself to fast changeovers, so switching from Door to Door easy and efficient. Each Section has a center squaring bar, which adds an additional clamping area to the section, for another door of similar size. By removing that center bar, the full 38″ x 96″ capacity can be used for those Pantry Doors, End Panels, or Interior Doors This will keep a high production rate in a one piece workflow style of manufacturing. How it Works: In a typical large door shop glue is applied to multiple parts and components assembled on an assembly table by an Operator. The door is placed in a section and clamps adjusted by a 2nd operator. The cylinders are activated by one valve which first creates side pressure pushing the door to the left side square, a second later the vertical clamps are activated to create pressure on the glue joints. The first operator works on the next batch of parts by applying glue and loosely assembling the door while the second operator quality checks the door under pressure and wipes away any excess glue. A motor drive is used to rotate the next section. The cured door is removed and new components are placed in that section for clamping. Our (8) section Door Pro can produce up to 500+ doors in an 8 hour shift. This equates to approximately 1.5 minutes per (2) doors and a clamping time of (12) minutes. < Back

Onsrud incorporates the same detailed engineering, workmanship, and quality of materials into every machine they manufacture – no matter how small or large. The M Series CNC router boasts rigid frame construction, highly responsive drive mechanisms, and many more of the top-end features you'd expect to find on our bigger models. Our competitors may say we've over-engineered this model, but we just happen to think they've under-engineered theirs. We want you to have a CNC machine you can grow your business with, not just get by for now. With the M-Series, we give you the power, precision, speed, and strength to do big things with this robust CNC platform, without any fears your machine gives out before you do. C Series C-Series (Super Duty) Manufacturer: C.R. Onsrud (NC, USA) Type: Fixed Bridge / Moving Table Industry: Furniture, Case Goods, Millwork, Signs, Aerospace, Boats, OEMs Materials: Wood Metal Plastic Composite Foam Gallery Brochure Spec Sheet Contact Us The inherent properties of cast iron bridge construction deliver a greater ability to absorb and dampen cutting vibrations generated, which helps to minimize the amount of vibration transferred to the spindle. With the Super Duty Series fixed bridge positioned across the width of the twin table configuration – the machine footprint uses half the floor space of a typical "fixed gantry" machine. This design allows the ultimate in operator flexibility as tables can be run, loaded, and offloaded independently without interrupting the adjacent table’s cutting cycle. This platform can also operate in slave mode with the two tables electronically locked together for the occasional large part which needs to span across both tables. The flexibility of having 100% cutting time (pendulum processing) for your daily production, combined with the larger part capabilities ensures the Super Duty Series will always be making you money. G Series G-Series (Pro-Series) Manufacturer: C.R. Onsrud (NC, USA) Type: Moving Gantry Industry: Furniture, Case Goods, Millwork, Signs, Aerospace, Boats, OEMs Materials: Wood Metal Plastic Composite Foam Gallery Brochure Spec Sheet Contact Us This fixed table - moving bridge design saves valuable floor space in your facility, keeps the price down, and still offers the full range of useful options such as additional tool changers, multi-spindle drilling heads, and more. The incredible throughput and productivity of our G Series design give you the heavy cutting and high material removal rates that you demand. The G Series can easily break down full sheets of 1-1/2" thick plywood, laminates, veneers, or aluminum plate at super-fast feed rates while operating under continuous duty conditions. We’ve engineered this CNC router to help absorb many of the cutting vibrations normally associated with heavier cutting applications and operations, which eliminates time-stealing inefficiencies. High-volume panel processors and cabinetmakers love the flexibility and production capabilities that this design affords. RH Series RH-Series (Roller Hold-Down) Gallery Brochure Spec Sheet Contact Us Manufacturer: C.R. Onsrud (NC, USA) Type: Fixed Bridge / Moving Table Industry: Furniture, Case Goods, Millwork, Signs, Aerospace, Boats, OEMs Materials: Wood Metal Plastic Composite C.R. Onsrud RH Series (Roller Hold Down) CNC routers provide the ultimate in flexibility for CNC routing – single sheet / stacked sheet, small part / large part, rollers engaged / disengaged – delivering the capability and flexibility of having multiple CNC machines for the cost (and footprint) of one. The rugged, fixed bridge design of our RH Series machines feature two fully automated rollers on each side of the cutting spindle envelope, which engage the sheet material to maintain firm contact with the router’s table. The RH design makes this machine perfect for holding down warped stock, multiple stacked sheets, or when machining narrow, low surface area parts. The RH Series is an established CNC routing workhorse in the industry and we continue to add the options and improvements needed by our customers to keep them outperforming the competition! Material handling, part identification, pusher sweeper, debris collection, automated infeed/outfeed tables, robotic arm loading and more are all components which deliver time-savings and world-class production power when mated to the RH Series by C.R. Onsrud.

  • Quis Machinery - James L. Taylor Manufacturing

Taylor Products, JLT Clamps, Cameron Automation Cameron Automation James L. Taylor Manufacturing Company Country Of Origin: USA US Location: Poughkeepsie, NY Company History: James L. Taylor established the James L. Taylor Manufacturing Company in 1911 to produce his patented quick-adjusting, self-locking bar clamp. This patented clamp was a significant step forward in the edge gluing of lumber. In the 1920s, the Taylor Revolving Clamp Carrier was developed and patented. It was a major first step toward mass production. In 1940 Taylor engineers developed the Panel Flo, a continuous feed edge gluing machine. From the very beginning, the Panel Flo was acclaimed as the answer to mass production gluing. In 1950 Taylor introduced the Panel Mint, a batch-type semiautomatic edge gluer which filled the gap between the Clamp Carrier and the fully automated Panel Flo. During the 1950s and 1960s, Taylor designed new cost-cutting accessories to complement the Panel Flo and Panel Mint. These included the Conveyorized Glue Applicator, Mix-Mizer, and Automatic Cut Off Saw. Also in the 1960s, Taylor revived the Clamp Carrier design by introducing the pneumatic Clamp Tightener and Panel Flattener. During the 1970s, the Taylor Panel-Mint was the machine of choice. This well designed Steam-Heated Batch Press matched with low-cost urea resin glue was used by many furniture manufacturers to produce hardwood and softwood panels. Midway through the 1980s, Taylor designed and produced the first Automated Clamp Carrier. This changed the direction of the Clamp Carrier line and made it the industry standard for edge gluing machines. Up until August of 2014, Taylor Manufacturing operated out of a 45,000 square foot factory in the city of Poughkeepsie, NY. Taylor had resided in this facility since 1911. Over the years, the building was expanded and updated to continue to provide our customers with quality machines. Today, Taylor Manufacturing, JLT Clamps, and Cameron Automation all reside in the same building, a 100,000 square foot facility in the town of Poughkeepsie, NY. Just minutes from our old facility, our new factory has allowed us to expand as a company and continually improve our manufacturing processes. Our balanced team of seasoned professionals and young engineers will continue to develop new technology to increase efficiency, reliability, and product quality. • Woodworkers Helping Woodworkers | Quis Machinery

Who We Are As I am sure you are aware of the devastation that is the aftermath of Hurricane Helene in WNC. Much of the impact we don't even understand yet and probably will not for a while. Many small woodworking shops have been completely wiped away. With this people's livelihoods. Many of us are asking what we can do to help. Ali is going to put together a list of small shops that will be in need of traditional woodworking machines like planers, jointers, band saws and hand tools. As well as another list of machines and tools that people (you?) are willing to donate. She will also reach out to logistics companies and see if they would be willing to donate some of their services. We will also work on putting together a network of technicians that may be willing to give discounted rates to help get people get their current machines back up and running. And, of course, we are here to help as much as we can on purchases of new equipment for all shop sizes. This will be a larger project done over the next few months, not overnight, as most of the small shops don't currently have a shop to put the equipment yet. But we want to get them back up and running as soon as possible.
